I have heard that it needs a fermentation process to get the flavor. Or maybe I have been watching to much discovery channel.

 

I like it, on my bacon sandwich.

All over cheese on toast is excellent, I bought some limited edition longer 'brewed' version before now, darn that stuff was tasty!

I've seen a short documentary on Discovery on how the sauce is made. Pretty interesting stuff!
