    Have you tried to clean the idle adjustment actuator and its electrical connections, located behind the intake manifold? Dont think that adjusting that screw pictured earlier would fix your problem if the engine was working good previously, and anything has not affected to its adjustments? You could try and find out, if the engine is leaking air, by using `start pilot` or something similar sprayable liquid.
