Useful info about color codes on different PH 916: http://www.bozhdynsky.com/alfa-romeo-gtv-spider-history/colour-codes/

Haha, I'm also toying with the idea of trying something similar in the near future 159/Brera wheels are plug'n'play, I was always curious how would a 9-3 Cabrio sit on some 19" TIs
-
I'm not really sure about how you wanna do it, but in my opinion, headlight washers simply don't suit the GTV frontend, not mentioning the fact that I consider just a waste of screen washer liquid

What wheels have you ordered? Just seen a red soft top today and was wondering how would it look on a black car

I know that the 2.0 V6 TB was developed starting from the 3.0 V6 12V, but what are the differences between those two engines? Or, let me put it this way: let's say hypothetically we have both engines next to each other; how much plug'n'play would be to make a 3.0 V6 TB and how much mods would be needed? Except the mapping part, obviously... Has anybody done this before?

http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/tuning-and-upgrades/245005-gtv-3-0-v6-turbo.html Very intresting read indeed, thanks Filip! Although this was alot more tuning oriented than simply "combining" the engines.

Any informative price? Also, is it a 12v or 24v engine? E2 or E3?

Time to introduce mine, i guess.. It's a '99 Spider 2.0TS, Eclipse Grey with Red leather interior, and unfortunatelly, with a manually operated roof.. I bought it with 16" wheels, a Zender exhaust (only the final backbox being replaced), a Sony HU and JBL speakers (including the OEM sub being replaced with a 20mm coaxial speaker), a HID kit, and a damaged back window. I soon bought a set of 17" Teledials and replaced the HU with a nice Alpine. Also replaced the side repeaters with a set of clear white ones, and repaired the back window. Later on, I also added a front Strutbar. Last summer, I temporarily exchanged the Teledials with the 18" Multispokes from my GT. I definitely wanted 18" from that point on.. So the right time came and recently I purchased a set of 18" MAK Variante wheels. The wheels came with a set of over used tires, so I had to find some replacements. I found these Continental SportContact3, 225/40 on the front and 235/40 on the back. This is how the car looks now, awaiting for a good clean and some better photos! Also, for a lower suspension and some PU bushes on the back.

Met my old Spider this weekend She's been doing really well, rolled only 1k km since she's gone early this spring..
-
Depends on the tires size and the wheels ET. I can confirm that on 8x18 ET35 there is still room for 10-15mm in the back

I can't find words to express what i felt when i saw these pics! They fit way better than the 19" Boticelli's (and it's not like they don't look awesome on the car), in fact I hope you never change them! The whole car is simply amazing, congrats!
