Spacer's fitted to Gtv. but...! only at the rear, biggers, (1.2cm each). at the front, i left it without. (didnt used my 0.9cm Sabelt's). In terms of "driveness" , Gtv is trasformed. +1cm in height at the rear axle with teflon spacers.(eibach spring fitted). with consecutive lowering at the front. 35 offset wheels (instead to the 30.5offset wheels) 1.2cm Spacers at the rear. off the spacers at the front. think i will not use again the 0.9 cm sabelt's spacers i had at the front. "Angles" at the front & rear, with the demand of less possible understeer and a bit accentuate Oversteer at the turn in (brake cornering). Not changed the factory tyre pressures yet, the car is very different. i think that finally, after 18months of changes, i found it. great at the road. Better feeling of the steering wheel. Very simillar to the T.s than the V6's. i think i' ll stay to this set up. Foto's soon!!!

the spacers will be fitted....in the future. i had "alfa" overdose the last months, and i dont want to do anything with my cars these days. Gtv, is already parked for summer (5kilometers per month!), and i have...no intension to drive her for ....no reason.!!! It's summer time, and it's time for sea and for my boat... The plan...says, that Gtv will "run" again next...March, and Spider & Barchetta will stop working about August untill March, due to my "transferring" to Preston Hospital (GB). Ps!! i think that the Gta's rims are ok ! they look good, to this specific Gtv. i ve seen other 2 gtv's with same wheels but original exterior look and i did'not liked them....

original suspension?or aftermarket. cause i see a bit of roll when cornering.(or maybe the speed is too high?). -

58 cars & 26 motos...!! -
for me, that i 'm a hobbyist , are perfect. done 50rounds, they seem brand new. far better than any road use tyre i had on track, i could say close enough to the michelin cup semis i had. turn in, brakes and lateral grip very good. not ultimate, but very good. for me, perfect. i can t see any reason to change them.

updates... new wheels for the Red TB. New Gta 17" silver, with my Falken 452 , 225/45 just fitted, and i can say it's another car..Great looking . foto's soon! the "cup" wheels 17", (ex Gtv) will be fitted in a few days to the Spider with pirelli p zero nero 215/45 /17. the Gtv , has got a little ...regulation to the rear. Teflon "spacers" for the rear Eibach's just to get 1cm up. it was too lowered. Now it's perfect aesthetically with more precise steering wheel and less "stable" tail.

.. the 4c, today, does not exist. it was not present at the Geneva Show. in any case, this car, is not comparable to the 911. typically or not. the elise is the canditate to compete with 4c. untill porsche release it's own small /lightweight /2-seater/ coupe/ downsized..(they say about 2years from now). for me, alfa romeo has stopped being an alfa romeo after the 156 era. i consider the 156, the last true alfa romeo. the brera/mito etc, are nice cars, but i would never spend money to have them. the great competitor for every new alfa romeo, is the car to replace.. the brera had the gtv, the 159 had the 156....bad luck.

as the years passing, i always appreciate the 911 Porsche. i 've heard so much about 911, good and bad. 3months ago, i had the opportunity to test a friend's of mine 911 997 (2002) with Acrapovitch exhausts and coilovers. this is the best car ever driven by me. fast enough (not amazed by that, in respect with my Tb with 1.3bars, but faster), with great response in every situation. like a big kart. very precise. it's the only car i ever drive on a mountain for first time witch made me have a so good feeling with it, that in 10minutes i turned off everything electronic thing. only engine, gear, chassis and ABS. Great car . i could say, that, there is no way for alfa romeo to construct a car such focused to the driver as the 911 of the last 15years.....unfortunately. after that, i ve planed to shell one of my 916's, and replace her with a 911. but, for now, it's difficult. i guess that i need 1year or so for doing that. the 911, left me the sensation that is better than the Cayman. more....car. Respect.

federal 595RSR is my choice. before getting them in to the track, i ll make 100-150km in publlic road. last years, i had michelin semis sport cup 16" and i was very satisfied. this year, with the federals 17, i dont know... but i will have the answers in...1month!!
-
i think it's impossible....
-
You run on track with the 16"...hmmm..I bought my semis 17" but i think maybe it was better with the 16 inch rims in terms of handling. will see....!! Very very nice your Gtv...!!!
