Amazing pictures. A very good looking GTV! A warm welcome to the forum.

Welcome Moon. You English is in fact very good. Grenoble, some great roads through the mountains there. Enjoy the forum and enjoy your GTV!

I have not been able to go out and shoot pictures, since the Zender front spoiler. This weekend I guess.
-
It is a 12v, with the full Zender exhaust she sounds amazing. I like the rawness of the 12V.

Update. The Alfa 75 is coming up great. New paint job looks stunning! The seats are sent to the upholstery guy for some smooth black leather. This weekend we will start building it up, before X-Mas we should have it running. The Spider will be completed very soon. Then store it till spring and sell it Just my new dials to install, white backlights for the dials ( to match the Parrot ) 2 restyle dents to remove and she is ready for someone to enjoy for a very long time. The dials are made by Charlee and they will look amazing in the Spider. I love the Italian writing for water and fuel.

I like the TI wheels on your car. It suits the lowered stance. Have you taken delivery of the GTV yet?
-
Working on that. I guess 3 more weeks and we have a runner.
-
That makes it time for a TB. Turbo whistle and V6 ;-)
-
That thing is insane. So fast and I never get tired of that sound. I prefer it over the Alfa V6. I am not a huge fan of the Porsche brakes, they just do not belong on an Italian car. The boxy shape of the Delta is still very attractive. The grip is out of this world. 20 years on, it still gives a new Golf R a run for it's money, with a big margin ;-)

I would love to own this puppy Check out the video in the advert. Sorry Andy, I am not a huge Porsche fan. The 993 is the last model I really like. After that I stopped paying attention.
-
That is a good point. Many things have to be replaced. It would still be great to have be the first owner in the logbook. They do not speak English and my Italian is limited to ordering a pizza and a beer. The search continues.

And if you have really big pockets? Here a pair not to be sniffed at. A brand new SZ and a brand new SZ. 119 and 242 km. Click here

I noticed that. I have only seen one on the website. How cool! A brand new GTV Cup. I will phone them tomorrow and see if they speak English.

2K for a speedo sensor? OMG. I will pass on a 3200GT
-
I am ready when you are ;-)
-
I have noticed that you can buy one in the UK for around 8-9K. Here on the continent the prices start at 14K In euro's or 11.7 in GBP.

I would not invest in a Maserati. We had one at home when I was young. Even then it went wrong all the time, let alone now! I love the boxy shapes and the interior. The potential things that could go wrong give me shivers. I think Maserati's where put together after drinking a bottle of Limoncello for breakfast. Not that a Thema is that much different ;-) I guess it depends on the service history of the car.

Maybe it is best to postpone the contest to spring? Many people have their Spider or GTV in winter storage. Just a thought.

I have met this French guy at Spa Italia who has converted a Thema Estate to 8.32. He did not have it with him to Spa, so I visited him later to see the car. It looked like it rolled out of the factory yesterday and converted with a great eye for detail. Total cost? 32K euro's. I know that in Germany there are some conversions around. Not to long ago one came to NL. Based on a 3.0 V6 LX. I love the 8.32 but to you have to have very deep pockets. Maintenance and parts are so expensive. If you buy this 8.32 from the UK, you will have to reserve at least 5k for a service and maintenance. I will buy a new years eve lottery ticket ;-)
-
Congratulations ALXege, with these 2 beauties you deserve to win. Well done to you!

I love it. Good thing you bought it. I am sure you will give it, some much needed TLC.
-
Looks nice. Absolutely man cave worthy.

23 votes for Andy. Your campaign seems to work. Number 1 stands at 39 votes? He must have a spin doctor to lead his campaign ;-)

Amazing project. I will subscribe to this topic to keep up to date. I am not sure if the GTV decat fits the Cup, I am not sure if many people will know this. Please keep is updated with as many pictures as you can ;-)
