The prices of GTVs in Bulgaria are lower. Generally from under 1000E to around 1500E, but there is some that look better maintained cars for higher than these prices. There isn't market for this model here and many cars are for sale for a long time. Also some cars that can not be sale for long times are breaking for spares. I have read one explanation of TS: "Tuo per Sempre" (your forever).

Probably you want to install polyurethane bushes, right? Because front wishbones are sell with bushes on them and are not expensive.
-
Welcome here . First of all, with which TS engine is your 147? GTV/Spider can give you more feeling and emotion for very affordable price and looks beautiful off course. Even when I only sit in the driving seat, without driving the car, I feel much better than other cars, in which I have been .

Wanted Ignition Cable for Alfa Romeo GTV/164 2.0 V6 Turbo
kunev replied to Jive's topic in 916 Piazza
Here is some offers from Bulgaria (you maybe have seen them already) -> link 1 and link 2 . With that price, the cables in the link by GTV-TB are very tempting and affordable solution. Second hand is not a acceptable option for me. -
Welcome to the forum . I see that a lot of thing have been repaired, but the work isn't finished yet. So you have ordered custom made badges instead of buying new or second hand original ones? Can you show us some pictures of them. Good luck with the car .

So you have two blow off valves ? I see only one red colored on pictures in the first post of this topic. Have you checked the valves with a compressor at fixed pressures? If your BOVs opens too early you will be running rich and not lean, because they release air to atmosphere, which is already metered by the MAF (if your ECU use a MAF sensor). If the ECU use a MAP sensor (speed density setup) there should be any influence on AFR.

Greetings and many happy moment with the car! Black with red leather looks good. The muffler was changed. What it is? -
The car look good with these wheels . The most important is how you feel about the car . So if you feel happier with the GT wheels, so they are better option for you. P.S. In my opinion the 4C wheels are so much special and unique. And they have Alfa Romeo style and character.
-
The wheels are Superleggera . Very good picture !
-
Greetings for the recovery . Tell us more detail about the car .
-
I have read not good things about Gazzella Racing also. Hope your case have happy finish.
-
Welcome to the forum . Your car is probably 2.0 TS. What other alfas did you have in the past?
-
Great looking car . What brake pads did you use? How is the braking with the new setup ?
-
Good result on the weighing machine . Almost 20 kg of weight reduction compared to stock figures, but I don't know if they are with all the fluids and fuel . You have to mention more details about this measurement - fuel in the tank, you don't have spare wheel as far as I know.

The dimensions of the intercooler are for core, right? Your intercooler is very narrow and because of that the installation was more easy. The core of mine is 625 mm width and 80 mm depth and its installation will be more "interesting" . How deep is the core of your?
-
Welcome to the forum . You can order parts from Europe, but the shipping will be expensive I guess and if you have to pay duty tax even more. About the speedometer problem you can look at last pages of the topic for my car. Good luck !
-
Nice parts waiting for installations . Do you think to paint the lower black bodywork parts in the color of the car?
-
So you have 2" part in your exhaust and that is not good. The restriction of the exhaust is determined by the smaller diameter. Flanges for exhaust can be laser cut with simple drawing at some company for metal stuffs.
-
I know what is external wastegate . About intercooler. What are dimensions of the core of your? Its frontal area (width and high) don't look big. When mine is installed I want to be mounted as much as possible to the inside of the car for less cutting of the inside of the bumper. Your is mounted more to the front, but maybe it is too deep. The intercooler piping for this engine are long and complicated as far as I can see. They look big. What is the diameter before and after the intercooler. The next is for my car! The rev counter signal is electrical and come from Motronic to pin 14 of the cluster. So the Motronic modify signals from revolution and timing sensor. The speedometer signal is also electrical and it is supplied by the speedometer sensor to pin 7 of the cluster. The sensor is a pulse generator driven by gear shaft on it, which is connected to gear mounted on the differential (which is shown in the Damgred post above).

I'm kunev . That is big standard turbo! I read that it is rated at 400 hp, but it not like high pressures. 330hp at 1 bar from 2.0, that is impressive ! Is this figure from dyno? What is the CR of the engine? Have you make some head work? Performance camshaft? At what rpm is maximum power? Quotes from Wikipedia: "The fourth-generation engine uses a proprietary, and once again enthusiast-dubbed, CT20b turbocharger, whose exhaust housing is actually cast into the cylinder exhaust manifold, rather than the normal practice of a separate turbine housing after the cylinder exhaust manifold." "All Toyota's turbochargers for the 3S-GTE generations use an internal wastegate design." So do you modify the exhaust manifold (for external wastegate) and turbine housing (block the wastegate port) or use another ones. I can not understand you about speedometer and tachometer? Probably you want to use the "face" of the dash from GTV with the signals from Toyota sensors?
-
Welcome here to another tuning enthusiast . Very serious work on the car! Without alfa romeo cars and spares there, that is one option for you to save the car. The engine which you have installed is not installed on Supra from what I read. Wikipedia says: 1997–2003, 2003–2007 - Caldina ST215 (GT-T), ST246 (GT-Four) The turbo looks big, what it is and at what pressure do you run it right now? You probably use the ECU that came with the engine?
-
And here is one interesting test between Alfa Romeo 156 GTA and SAAB 9-5 Hirsch

Nice car and upgrades ! I have one question. Why you have changed Eibach springs for Apex one, for more lowering maybe? Does you feel any difference with the Apex compared to Eibach? And as far as I know the Eibach springs for GTV lower the car with 20mm. The front pipes looks good . Who have made them?
