GTV - the World's most beautiful Automobile 1995 winner
Paso replied to Persimmon's topic in Our 916s
I read this long time ago when I was searching stuff about Mr. Fumia. I think that 916 GTV fully deserves this! -
Hi and welcome! We'll try to help, certainly there is a lot of knowledge and experience among users here!
-
@Toxy - no, I didn't get a chance and it wouldn't be of much joy on streets of Zagreb, I think it needs an open road. I remember that Petar told me once that he had a nice (and dangerous) open road race with a tuned street-race Impreza and it was a tie.
-
Hello! Welcome to the team!
-
Yes, of course I know Petar, he is the former owner, the one who did all this modifications. He was editor in chief of the Croatian tuning magazine "Overdrive". He also made my custom brakes. I have a photo of our GTVs together: As far as I know the car is now in Gospić.
-
We had the traditional Street Race at our Grobnik racetrack near Rijeka. There was all sort of cars, from cheap DIY custom racers to super-cars. Croatian Alfa club was also there. You could see only two GTVs - yesterday I was there with mine and today we had Doris from Slovenia with her TwinSpark Bella. Here are some photos...
-
Yesterday I have bought 156 1.9JTD Sportwagon for my wife: That's third Alfa in our family now!
-
Hi! Good to see you here with this nice P3!
-
Ho-ho-ho! Looking forward for the full and detailed report on this!
-
Toxy railway overdose series! Sienas are, as usual, perfect! Alfa should have bought licence to manufacture those.
-
Argh that stupid railway crossing ramp is making shadow on otherwise great photos!
-
Very-very interesting... the most surprising part is that it has factory side-vents without the rest of the Cup kit.
-
This is superb! The best thing is that those are still Alfa wheels, always the best choice for an Alfa. I love this combo, the best you showed us yet!
-
I love project cars! Welcome!
-
Congrats to ALXege! His photo is superb! Very proud to have it on the title page for the current month!
-
Hi and welcome! It must be great to have such a rare car there!
-
Huh, I thought that this one will be tough, and it is! Again, it's a decision between the cars and the space and the photography itself. Afrosrodos is my favourite this time because he has one unfair advantage (and this is not about being fair, it's about stunning photo!) - a truly superb private garage. His Phase 3 looks in that space not as a car, not as a driving machine, but more as an art sculpture. What to say about others? ALXege, Toxy and Charlee all has photos worth of a double page in some car magazine! If I had to decide between them, huh, that would be very very hard! Not many photos this time but the quality is far higher than on our first competition! I really like the high standard we have established here! Keep it going strong!
-
Please, post 166 photos too! I am in love with it for a long time...
-
Great-great photos! Thank you!
-
Cool! Good to have you here I hope we'll see you on some of our meets. I was considering 166 lately but 2.4JTD, it seems a bit extreme to have two 3.0 V6 cars!
