I have had this experience with my 156 TS and my 116 GTV6. It happens when the engine gets hot and the coolant takes the heat. There is always some airflow through the engine bay and I guess it can begin to gently blow through the vents too.

Hahahaha is that thing still kicking about? Jesus why hasn't someone bought it and restored it back to what it should be.

If I had a gtv it would look like that. Gorgeous.

You can bleed the abs. You can do this by connecting multiecu scan and running through the abs system module. It will cycles all the solenoids and force air out of the unit into the brake lines. You then bleed the brakes. Or you can do it the old fashioned way and just stomp on the brakes enough to get the abs kicking in, this will essentially cycle the solenoids and then you bleed the brakes. I did this 3 times last time as I got an air lock in the system. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but pretty confident you can bleed the abs.

good luck tony! I've been thinking about some zender pedals too and coating them matt black. They'll look mint in your car! If I find any i'll let you know.

I really like that color, haven't seen one in that color before. Looks great!

great shots, be careful with HDR. It can ruin many photos, may i suggest you drop your saturation down and have a play with some of the tone mapping features, it'll lower the halo effects around the edges. Off to a good start though!

Those pipes look amazing from this angle.

That is an interior i could basically sit in all day. Looks absolutely fantastic man. Love it.

Croatia modifies there cars very interestingly. Is that white GTA a real GTA? And i had no idea that the eggplant looking 156 with the wide body kid was croatian too. Very nice. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=318112808275110&set=a.318111088275282.73649.143731755713217&type=3&theater would look awesome, but take that spoiler off and put some nice wheels on.

Mate that looks bloody mint!! Show off at ausalfa.com too Lots of people like these guys, except just in your own city. Cheers, G

Now that is how i like my cars modified. Tastefully. Except maybe the italian wing mirrors on the blue 147, hahaha bit tacky. I just wish I had a halo model car. Very nice mate, love it. BTW Sienna's are one of the best looking wheels on the GTV.
-
wow, very very nice. Your spider certainly looks the part. That Mk3 GTV looks absolute mint too I might be convert soon.
-
such a tidy GTV. Love it! But your rear badge looks wonky in that pic.

Hey guys, name is george - don't have a 916 yet but will hopefully convince my girlfriend and my dad to buy one in the coming year. I own a 156 currently and my sister owns a 147. One day i'd love a V6 spyder, in dark blue with tan leather, but with the tan milano seats. Just here to say hi, read up on these cars and just admire them. Really loving all the pics Keep up the awesome site! G

no dramas guys so many modded gtv's here, and so tasteful too. Cant get a 156 to look that good, dayum.

Goethe, thats basically what we do when we finish work everyday. Hahaha, there are quite a few aussie owners of GTV's on the ausalfa forum, not sure if any are here (i'll give a plug for you guys). I just really love the concept of the garage and your layout is so clean. GTV guys seem more genuine with love for their cars. Very tastefully modded and just generally very nice. They are so expensive here though.
