Thanks Charlee. it's good to join and be among 916 fans! I've uploaded a few photos of my V6 Spider on a recent trip along the English South Coast. It was a great ride although I still haven't mastered the 'knock' on the motor to get the roof down!

6 coats? Isn't that a bit too much?

I need to refrigerate myself in warm summers

The new heater is installed and wired. I still need to wire the temp sensor as I can't dismantle the mirror, damn bolts. I will have to drill them out, so it's a minor setback. The heater is installed along with the new crossmember and everything fits nicely. Still need to bolt on the steering column support. Then... testing time I won't have aircon yet as I need to find P2 TB pipework, but heating should work fine. When I pick up the dash, I will cover it in leather. What colour? Red or black with red stitching? Can't decide...

Can anyone with a P2 916 please check the location of the outside temp sensor? Is it on the right (passenger) side mirror?

Looking at the front bumper, I would say it's a TS.

Unfortunately, he doesn't have any for TS, just TB.

Yeah, you should probably get an antenna from a known manufacturer. I suppose there is lots of Chinese crap around.
