Item stock
Items that you order from Squadra916 are Made To Order. These goods are produced and made only upon Your Request and are not held in stock.
Any cancellations for any made-to-order items will need to be made in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations or within 1 day from the date your order was placed, after which all goods noted as made-to-order will be subject to a cancellation charge of 30% of the price of the goods. This will be deducted from any refund due to you.
Delivery
Delivery can take between 2-20 days from your funds clearing and depending upon what you order.
Priority – Signed for delivery with optional tracking. Recommended for all orders.
Economy Mail – Cheapest delivery rates but not recommended as it’s not possible to track any orders if they get lost. Use at your own risk. We cannot be responsible if an order gets lost using this option.
Please note the above delivery days are estimates and on occasions it may take longer.
Refunds and Returns

This will be deducted from any refund due to you.
Damages Items
If you received an item and it is damaged, please email us via the Contact Us form so we can arrange for a replacement to be sent from our suppliers. Please try to keep the damaged product as the supplier may request it as evidence so they can retrieve monies from there supply chain.
